I think this company does a good job. I did the 2 day, 1 night tour by bus. They also arrange it by train. Then it becomes 3 nights, 2 days: You have more free time in Sapa but spend 2 nights on the train...
Everything went according to schedule: Pick-up just in time, arrival in Sapa as planned, lunchtime, trekking time etc.: Never more then 5 minutes delay.
The guide talked a lot, but the English pronunciation had room for improvement. Sometimes I only got half of it.
The homestay was great: Kind people, cute kids and dogs, lots of rice wine and good food, close to a waterfall. Be aware of the rooster in the morning :).
I'd recommend to go with them.
